Mimi Scentury is an emerging luxury perfume brand dedicated to exquisite scents and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Shop Assistant to be the face of our brand, managing both our physical retail space and our growing online presence.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for luxury retail and a talent for customer engagement and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving daily success and maintaining the premium standard of the Mimi Scentury brand by:
- Retail Operations Management: Overseeing the smooth and professional daily operation of the Kinondoni Studio Sekenke Street shop.
- Customer Experience & Sales: Providing attentive, knowledgeable service to walk-in customers and managing all customer communications across digital channels (WhatsApp, Instagram), ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.
- E-commerce Fulfilment: Accurately and carefully preparing online orders, ensuring presentation and packaging meet the brand’s luxury standards.
- Inventory & Reporting: Conducting regular inventory monitoring, promptly reporting low stock levels, and meticulously recording all daily sales transactions using the designated digital platform.
- Brand & Marketing Support: Actively supporting the brand’s visual identity and storytelling, including assisting with product photography, styling, and the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Professional Conduct: Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
