Role Overview:

This is a specific, strategic role focused solely on managing and growing our relationship with our largest partner, Amana Bank. You are the dedicated "Strategic Account Manager" and Growth Lead for this specific ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Amana Bank leadership.
• Drive joint business planning and execution.
• Identify co-development opportunities (Banking-as-a-Service).
• Ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles (Shariah compliance).
• Manage the revenue share and billing processes with the bank.
• Coordinate internal product/engineering resources to deliver on bank requirements.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Banking, Fintech, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Deep understanding of Islamic Banking/Finance is a MUST.
• Experience managing Tier-1 strategic accounts.
• Strong relationship management skills.
