JOB DETAILS:

DCB Commercial Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Officer, Infrastructure & Network Administration. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the bank's information systems that support core organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the bank's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of network services.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly.
• Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in network and infrastructure administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
