Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Handle WhatsApp and email communications professionally
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with potential clients
  • Contact hotels for reservations and make flight bookings
  • Coordinate tour-related logistics and client support

Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Prior experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus
