JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services in communities, hospitals, and all healthcare settings.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of health attendants at the workplace.
- Collect statistics and prepare work performance reports.
- Provide home-based patient care.
- Offer counseling services.
- Provide preventive and family planning services.
- Provide maternal and child health services.
- Educate patients and communities on health issues.
- Monitor the maintenance of working equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor relevant to education, experience, and skills.
Qualifications:
- Holder of an Ordinary Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from a college recognized by NACTE.
- Must possess a valid practicing license recognized by the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Must not be employed.
- Must be ready to work at any assigned health facility.
- Must not have volunteered in Kyerwa District Council for more than two years.
Work Hours: 8
