Job Overview

Goodwill (Tanzania) Ceramics Co., Ltd, a leading manufacturer producing over 80,000 square meters of ceramic tiles daily, is seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to join its factory production team as Normal Workers in Mkuranga.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a general laborer within the factory production workshop.
• Complete daily production tasks and assignments directed by team leaders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
• Proactively identify areas requiring support and assist team members when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong physical health, industrious, and capable of handling manual labor.
• Young male candidates aged between 18 and 38 years old.
• Strict compliance with company rules, safety regulations, and operational policies.
• Ability to adapt to factory and warehouse working environments with a positive, professional attitude.
