Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Management, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or any other related field
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in the ICT field
• Strong skills in Configurations and troubleshooting of Mikro Tik devices and wireless networking systems.
• Fluent in both English nd Swahili.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing server Operating Systems.
• Assists in managing and maintaining networks.
• Manages server Operating Systems.
• Troubleshoots hardware/software problems
• Oversees System Management and Network Management.
• Deals with clients’ queries on the phone and resolve /advice the solution.
• Handling customer care issues
• Assists clients in solving and using ICT resources to solve technical issues
• Performs any other duties assigned by one’s supervisor
