Join YAS Tanzania as a Motion Designer – Fintech Cluster and grow with us

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field
• Fluency in French & English

Core Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on project goals and communication objectives
• Design visually compelling motion graphics that effectively convey key messages and engage target audiences
• Collaborate with communication and marketing teams to align visuals with branding and messaging guidelines
• Create animations for presentations, social media, web banners, and internal newsletters
• Edit video content and enhance it with motion graphics and visual effects
• Ensure all video and animation content meets quality and technical standards across various platforms
• Ensure brand consistency by aligning all graphics and animations with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines
• Maintain a library of reusable motion graphic templates and assets for future use
• Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary revisions
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and animation
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the quality and impact of motion graphics

• Expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools
• Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations
