JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Resolve merchant queries and complaints within agreed SLAs.
2. Verify newly onboarded merchant KYC details within 24 hours.
3. Conduct periodic reviews of merchant product codification.
4. Provide onboarding and operational training to merchant teams nationwide.
5. Assess merchant needs, propose solutions, and collaborate with product owners.
6. Enhance merchant satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
7. Maintain an updated knowledge base of merchant products and applicant qualifications.
8. Assist in preparing weekly performance reports (SLAs and KPIs).

Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of merchant operations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-driven with a results-oriented approach.
