Background

A reputable Manufacturing Company based in Dar es Salaam is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and self-motivated candidates to fill the following positions:

Job Description

• Plan and supervise mechanical maintenance activities.
• Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support production by ensuring equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance systems.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
