About the job

The Material Kitting Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse-based material preparation and kitting activities for telecom rollout projects, ensuring that all equipment is accurately received, stored, tracked, assembled, and dispatched according to project requirements and site configurations. The role ensures timely availability of correct materials to support smooth and uninterrupted site deployment activities.

Responsibilities

  • Main will be based in warehouse
  • Algin with ROM&PM about PO's ordered equipment and it's quantities.
  • Maintain an updated status of equipment's arrival Vs ordered and feedback it to the PM&ROM
  • Align with ROM to prepare and assemble (If required) materials and equipment, that to be delivered to the new sites
  • Acquired site configuration file and ensure prepared equipment is in line with destination sites' configurations.
  • Acquire sign-off document from the delivery agent to show equipment designation with QTY are well received from the warehouse and to be delivered to the Site/Sites Name (delivery note for each site).
  • Maintain a good filing for sites delivery note document along with sites' configuration documents, to keep track which equipment was delivered to which site.
  • Maintain new equipment inbound and outbound inventory updates, with sites' names.
  • Early alerting to ROM&PM for any foreseen equipment shortage to avoid rollout blocking.
  • To keep track of old dismantled equipment returning from swapped sites, and put a clear sign with site name on the equipment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, telecom logistics, or material management.
  • Proven experience in managing telecom equipment warehousing, kitting, inventory tracking, and material dispatch activities for rollout or network deployment projects.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with Rollout Managers (ROM) and Project Managers (PM) regarding purchase orders, equipment quantities, delivery schedules, and rollout requirements.
  • Experience in preparing and assembling site materials/equipment based on approved site configuration documents and deployment plans.
  • Strong inventory management skills with ability to maintain accurate inbound and outbound equipment records, including tracking by site name and configuration
