As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Officer to help grow our brand and customer base.

Position Overview

The Marketing Officer will play a key role in promoting Milan Fiber’s services, managing campaigns, developing strategies, and building strong customer engagement through both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Develop marketing content including brochures, advertisements, and digital media.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Organize promotional events and community engagement activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
