JOB DETAILS:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in managing treasury functions such as liquidity management, funding, forex, and derivatives;
- Understanding of Tanzania's financial markets, instruments, regulatory frameworks, and risk management principles;
- In-depth knowledge of treasury and investment products;
- Integrity, professionalism, and results orientation;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field;
- At least one of the professional certifications: ACI, CFA, ACT; and a Master's degree will be an added advantage;
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in treasury, financial risk management, or related fields, with at least 2-4 years in a senior management position.
