JOB DETAILS:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Required: VETA Certification
Mandatory: 4–5 years’ experience in the Cement Industry
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong leadership and communication
- Cement plant maintenance
- (Crusher, VRM, Kiln, Ball Mill, Packing) Troubleshooting compressors, bag filters, belts, chains
Lubricant selection & fitment knowledge
Shutdown/major maintenance experience
Predictive & preventive maintenance - HSE procedures and legal knowledge
Safe execution of all maintenance & inspections - Prepare daily reports & coordinate with department heads
Ensure timely availability of spare parts - Develop junior technicians
- Maintain good housekeeping
