Background
We are looking for an experienced Logistics HR Recruitment Officer to lead the recruitment of truck drivers (local and transit) and other logistics personnel.
Requirements
- Relevant degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics recruitment, with a strong focus on recruiting truck drivers.
- Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified drivers.
- Good understanding of driver recruitment requirements, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets within set timelines.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
