Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is hiring Loan / Collection Officers to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on open accounts for repayment collection
• Collect loan payments as per agreed repayment plans
• Perform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Manage front desk duties and assist in administrative tasks
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Performance Targets (KPIs)

• Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement, collection, new customer acquisition, and active customers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Secondary/High School education (Form Four or above)
• Must be willing to relocate to the applied region
• Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven, dependable, and a team player
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Having a smartphone is an added advantage
