JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out specified tasks connected with research, laboratory practical, students’ projects, consultancy and services under close supervision;
• To receive and prepare samples for laboratory processing;
• To perform laboratory tests on received samples;
• To maintain cleanness of the laboratory and equipment to minimize infection risks;
• To assist in the repair and maintenance of laboratory facilities;
• To assist senior staff in relevant fields of operation;
• To prepare and keep a laboratory register book for daily activities; and
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Holder of Diploma in Veterinary Laboratory, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements

Level of Education: associate degree
