Background
Selcom is hiring Key Expansion Associates (KEA) to support merchant and agent expansion, drive digital payment adoption, and grow business activity within assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and activate merchants and agents.
- Grow transactions and digital payment usage.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Support merchant and agent onboarding, KYC, and branding activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
Requirements
- Tech-savvy and sales-driven.
- Strong communication skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Customer-focused.
- Willing to travel within the assigned area.

Experience in Months: 24
