WE ARE HIRING: INVENTORY SUPERVISOR
Company: Obama Investment Limited
Location: Dar es Salaam
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supplies, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, stock auditing, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Proven experience in stock reconciliation, physical stock-taking, branch/shop audits, discrepancy investigation, and multi-branch stock supervision
- Experience using ERP/inventory management systems is required
- Strong skills in stock control, loss prevention, reporting, and internal controls
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, accountability, and analytical skills
- Experience supervising Store Keepers or Inventory Clerks is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct branch/shop stock audits and physical spot counts
- Supervise stock movement, transfers, dispatches, and replenishment across branches
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between physical stock and ERP records
- Lead monthly stock-taking and reconciliation across branches
- Monitor stock accuracy and support loss prevention
