Integrated Management Systems Associate

This role is aimed to develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.

What You Will Do

IMS Associate will be responsible for

Responsibilities or duties

• Develop, implement and maintain IMS documentation and processes
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements
• Plan and manage internal & external audits and coordinate certification audits
• Lead risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Provide training and awareness on IMS requirements
• Manage document control and records management system
• Monitor KPIs and performance of IMS systems

Who We're Looking For

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management or other related field
• Professional certification in ISO standards (Lead Auditor ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred)
• Proficiency in English and Swahili
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Leadership and stakeholder management

Experience needed

• More than 3 years experience in IMS and ISO management systems in manufacturing
• Strong experience in audits, compliance, and risk management
