JOB DETAILS:

• Description: As an Incident Management Senior Technician, you will ensure service reliability across One Acre Fund’s technology landscape by managing low to medium-risk technical incidents. Based in Kigali, Rwanda (on-site), you will coordinate incident resolution, communicate with stakeholders, and analyze trends to prevent future issues. Reporting to the Incident Management Lead, this junior-mid level role is critical to maintaining IT operations.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate timely resolution of technical incidents.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes and documentation.
  • Communicate incident status and impact to customers, executives, and teams.
  • Analyze trends to recommend proactive measures.
• Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT incident management, technical support, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or BMC Helix.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • ITIL Foundation or similar certification.
