Job Title: IT Sales Officer

Location: Dar es Salaam

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base Salary + Commission

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Officer to market and sell ICT products and solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell IT products and solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Conduct market research
• Update sales records and CRM systems
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions
• Handle negotiations and contracts
• Provide post-sales support

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales, IT, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 years experience in sales or related role
• Good knowledge of ICT products and services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target oriented
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, especially in the IT sector.
• Existing network of IT decision-makers and business contacts.

Level of Education: associate degree
