About the Role
Resourceful Hub is proud to partner with a leading organization in the search for an experienced and visionary Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture, driving people excellence, and aligning HR initiatives with longterm business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Align HR policies and practices with evolving business needs, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Implement workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Champion employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Performance Management & Development
- Drive the implementation of effective performance management systems.
- Create leadership development, mentorship, and upskilling programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company’s core values.
- Oversee grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee satisfaction programs.
- Lead employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and retention strategies.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks in collaboration with Finance.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety standards, and ethical HR practices.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and internal controls to promote consistency and transparency.
Culture & Change Management
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives and support organizational change management programs.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, reinforcing desired behaviors, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in managing HR in complex, multi-functional organizations (local or international).
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and strategic HR projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
