JOB DETAILS:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Dar es-Salaam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing policies, managing payroll and benefits, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also be responsible for performance management, staff development, and handling workplace conflicts or grievances.

• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Employee Relations, and Compliance
• Experience in Payroll and Benefits Management
• Strong skills in Policy Development and Implementation
• Proven ability in Performance Management and Staff Development

• Ability to handle workplace conflicts and grievances effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant HR certification is a plus
