Scope: Supports daily HR operations including employee records, recruitment, training, and staff relations.
Handles logistics, documentation, leave tracking, and committee coordination.
Serves as primary contact for routine HR matters, escalating major decisions to the HR Manager.

Job Description:

    • Personnel File Management – Maintain complete and up-to-date hard and soft personnel records in the HR system.
    • Training Needs & Planning – Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training programs aligned with company goals.
    • Training Execution – Prepare training budgets, source consultants, process training requests/payments, and implement training calendars.
    • Employee Relations – Manage employee relations cases, handle complaints, and ensure timely and documented resolutions.
    • Communication & Grievance Handling – Communicate HR issues effectively, liaise with supervisors, and address grievances calmly and fairly.
    • Committee Coordination – Facilitate communication across staff committees and ensure proper documentation and management feedback.
    • Employee Exit & Health – Conduct exit interviews and supervise health programs and clinic activities with regular reporting.
    • Leave Management – Coordinate employee leave schedules in collaboration with administrative staff.
    • Recruitment Support – Assist in job profiling, posting vacancies, interview logistics, and candidate communication.
    • Hiring Process Execution – Conduct reference checks, draft offer letters/contracts, and ensure alignment with HR standards.
    • Any other diverse duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by Managing Director
  • Qualification & Experience Required:
  • Bachelors in HR, or related field.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
