HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATOR FLUENCY IN CHINESE LANGUAGE – 2 Posts
JOB DISCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource & Administrator who is fluent in Chinese, English, and Swahili. The successful candidate will manage HR functions, administrative tasks, and facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking partners to support our growing international operations.
DUTIES AND RENSPONSIBILITIES
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance standards.
- Experience in recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to manage office operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of corporate and business terminology to ensure precise translation and effective communication in professional contexts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in HR, administration, or professional translation preferred, in an international or multicultural setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding sensitive HR and corporate information, with high ethical standards and discretion.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a human resource and administrator with a use of Chinese language for communication in a manufacturing industry setting.
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and Swahili, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate and interpret business communication across these languages.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and business administration.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in HR and administration preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
