About the Role

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be the operational cornerstone driving pristine cleanliness, hygiene standards, and comforting luxury across Riu Jambo Zanzibar. This is a role for an accomplished leader with a keen eye for detail, a deep passion for guest comfort, and a commitment to luxury hospitality—someone ready to inspire teams, elevate guest satisfaction, and uphold world-class resort presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Housekeeping Operations: Direct all daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area activities, ensuring every room and facility reflects RIU’s commitment to excellence and consistency.
• Quality and Safety Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and room presentation, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and RIU protocols.
• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a multicultural housekeeping team, nurturing talent and maintaining high morale in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and resort leadership to deliver seamless room turnarounds and elevate guest satisfaction.
• Budget & Cost Control: Oversee departmental expenses, supply ordering, linen management, and inventory processes to achieve optimal profitability without compromising quality.
• Guest Experience Excellence: Maintain meticulous standards across guest rooms and public spaces, transforming every guest's stay into a seamless, comforting experience.

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Housekeeping Manager or senior housekeeping leader within a five-star or luxury all-inclusive resort.
