Jungle Pearl Resort is a unique boutique lodge and campsite in Mto wa Mbu, designed to blend contemporary minimalism with authentic Maasai culture. We are dedicated to providing a “slice of heaven” for our guests through exceptional service and a deep connection to the local community. We are looking for a vibrant and professional Hotel Services Agent to join our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Front Desk: Manage the 24-hour front desk, including seamless check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments (Cash, Euro, Dollar, or Pay Card).

Concierge & Travel Desk: Act as a key point of reference for guests, arranging local tours (biking, walking, zipline), airport pickups, and game drives.

Communication: Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with high professionalism and detail.

Service Coordination: Liaise between housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and special requests (like dietary needs or room service) are met.

Problem Resolution: Proactively address guest concerns or complaints to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front office or guest relations role within a reputable hotel or lodge.

Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Swahili is highly valued for local coordination.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, a “warm and visible” hosting style, and a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
