About the Role

Elveth Logistics Limited is seeking a results-driven Head of Operations to lead its transport and logistics function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of fleet operations, route and dispatch planning, driver supervision, compliance, and cost control — ensuring goods and vehicles move safely, on time, and within budget across our network.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, transport, or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the transit / transportation industry (freight, distribution, passenger transit, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience managing a large fleet size.
• Strong track record in operational planning — route optimization, dispatch scheduling, capacity, and resource planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of fleet management systems, ERP, vehicle tracking software, and basic fleet maintenance principles.
• Solid understanding of transport regulations, road safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control, and analytical skills; comfortable working with operational KPIs and reports.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills; able to manage drivers and field staff effectively.
