PRIVATE company is hiring for the below roles

Responsibilities

HR Manager (Focus: Strategic workforce planning, employee relations, policy enforcement, and talent management)

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all security personnel (guards, supervisors, and operational staff), including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding inductions.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for staff complaints, disciplinary hearings, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to labor laws.

Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and coordinate mandatory training programs (e.g., security certifications, first aid, customer service) to enhance workforce competency.

Policy Development: Draft, review, and update the company's HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct in line with Tanzanian employment regulations.

Compensation & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll preparation inputs, manage staff welfare programs (e.g., insurance, medical schemes), and conduct market salary benchmarking.

Staff Retention & Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition among security officers.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all statutory deductions (NSSF, PAYE, WCF) are accurately reported and filed, and maintain up-to-date records for labor inspections.
