Role Context
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support to business units.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management.
- Minimum 4 years’ HR experience.
- (2+ years in HRBP/Generalist role at supervisory level or above).
- Strong knowledge of Labor laws.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Tourism industry experience is an advantage.
