We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support to business units.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management.
  • Minimum 4 years’ HR experience.
  • (2+ years in HRBP/Generalist role at supervisory level or above).
  • Strong knowledge of Labor laws.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Tourism industry experience is an advantage.
