JOB DETAILS:
Simera Transport Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Group Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function for our Transportation and Clearing & Forwarding Group.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven HR leadership experience in the transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding industry
- Strong knowledge of ARUTI
- Excellent understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws
- Experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding industry
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
