We are seeking to fill 5 positions for Grader Operators.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Operating assigned heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conducting daily equipment inspections before and after operations.
• Reporting mechanical faults and safety concerns promptly.
• Following company safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper care of assigned machinery.
• Ensuring equipment is operated according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Supporting site operations while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) or equivalent qualification.
• Valid operator's license or certification relevant to the equipment being operated.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating the respective machine.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance practices.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Physical fitness and ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
