Bravo Group is seeking a highly organized, technology-driven and results-oriented Fleet Controller to coordinate, monitor and continuously improve the performance of its commercial fleet.

The role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and improving fleet operations through effective truck and driver deployment, cost control, compliance and digital systems, ensuring reliable deliveries, efficient fleet utilization and data-driven performance improvement.

Scope of the Role

The role covers daily fleet planning, dispatch and delivery monitoring, GPS tracking and driver coordination, fuel control, maintenance and breakdown response, statutory documentation and digital records, performance reporting, analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, dispatch and monitor daily truck movements and deliveries.
• Track vehicles in real time using GPS and digital fleet management systems.
• Coordinate drivers, vehicle allocation and trip schedules.
• Monitor fleet utilization, turnaround time, delays and vehicle downtime.
• Control and reconcile fuel consumption against mileage and trips.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, servicing and breakdown response.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle, driver and statutory documentation requirements.
• Monitor driver performance, route compliance, speeding, unauthorized stops and vehicle misuse.
• Maintain accurate digital records for trips, fuel, maintenance and incidents.
• Prepare daily and weekly fleet performance reports and dashboards.
• Drive digital transformation of fleet operations through automation, real-time data, digital workflows and fleet analytics.
• Identify opportunities to use technology to improve fleet utilization, reduce fuel and maintenance costs, minimize downtime and strengthen operational controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• Expertise in Transport and Logistics, Fleet Management, IT, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fleet control or transport operations.
• Experience managing commercial trucks or heavy vehicles is preferred.
• Experience in container transport, port, ICD/CFS or logistics operations is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of GPS tracking, fleet management systems and digital reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology and data to improve operational performance is highly desirable.
