Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to grow business in assigned territory.
  • Manage trade partners (wholesalers, distributors, agents, retailers).
  • Ensure product availability, visibility & market performance.
  • Visit the field to check execution, solve issues & find opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with trade terms, pricing, and standards.
  • Track competitor activity & provide market insights.
  • Drive promotional & merchandising activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ FMCG sales experience.
  • Proven success managing distributors & retail networks.
  • Self-driven, accountable, skilled in route planning & territory management.
  • Valid driver’s license.
