REVÊURSE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Feed Additive Investigator to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. If you have a passion for animal nutrition, strong market research skills, and the ability to build lasting industry partnerships, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with feed companies, feed additive manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners.
2. Conduct market research and investigations to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
3. Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence related to feed additives and animal nutrition.
4. Visit customers and business partners regularly to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on market findings and business opportunities.
6. Work independently to identify and pursue opportunities within the feed additives market.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the feed additives, animal nutrition, feed manufacturing, or related agricultural industry.
3. Experience working with feed additive companies is highly preferred.
4. Basic knowledge and understanding of feed additives and their applications in animal nutrition.
5. Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with feed companies and feed additive suppliers.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Good analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
9. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a challenging work environment.
