JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities

• Protect company property and farm premises.
• Control the movement of people and property.
• Conduct regular security patrols.
• Report all security incidents promptly.
• Work with management to prevent theft and property damage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Form Four education.
• Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.
• Previous security experience will be an added advantage.
• Must have no criminal record.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be physically fit and able to work.
• Must demonstrate discipline, integrity, and willingness to follow company procedures.
• Must be willing to work on the farm throughout the production season.
