MKULAZI ESTATE

Responsibilities or duties

• Supervise all farm production activities.
• Coordinate implementation of work schedules.
• Monitor the use of farm inputs and equipment.
• Ensure the quality of farm operations.
• Prepare and submit work progress reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications or requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
• Ability to lead teams and prepare reports.
• Computer skills will be an added advantage.

Experience needed

• At least two years of experience supervising agricultural activities.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be physically fit and able to work.
• Must demonstrate discipline, integrity, and willingness to follow company procedures.
• Must be willing to work on the farm throughout the production season.
