JOB DETAILS:
Power Group Technologies is hiring a qualified and experienced Electrical Design & Production Engineer for its LV Panel Workshop in Dar es Salaam. This is a full-time opportunity for a professional with strong experience in LV panel design, assembly, workshop setup, production processes, quality control, and team supervision.
The successful candidate will lead the setup and operation of the company’s LV Distribution Board Assembly Workshop, ensuring high-quality electrical design, efficient production, and reliable testing processes.

Role Summary
The Electrical Design & Production Engineer will be responsible for leading the setup and operation of the LV Distribution Board Assembly Workshop.
Key responsibilities include:
- Electrical design, including SLDs and schematics
- Workshop setup and production processes
- Quality control and testing, including FAT
- Team training and supervision
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in LV panel design and assembly
- Experience with ABB / Schneider systems
- Knowledge of IEC standards
- Experience in a workshop or production environment
