Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years hands-on BI and analytics development.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives, service performance questions, and stakeholder requirements into analytical use cases. Define analytical success criteria aligned with service and company requirement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, self-service reports, SSRS reports, and SSAS cubes for operational and strategic decision-making across commercial, finance, network, and customer experience teams.
• Design, build, and evaluate statistical, predictive, and machine-learning models. Develop and deploy machine learning models for use cases including customer churn prediction, revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• Design and maintain dimensional data models following OLAP best practices (star schemas, snowflake schemas, SSAS cubes).

Competencies

• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for enterprise dashboard development, data modelling, and data storytelling.
• Strong SQL skills for complex querying, performance optimisation, and data transformation.
