Job Responsibilities

  • Survey businesses, identify potential entrepreneurs, and assess them properly through physical visits to their business and residence, including collateral verification.
  • Organize and manage clients to facilitate transactions with the organization and contribute to the branch portfolio development.
  • Confirm and verify necessary client documents (trading license, land agreement, tenancy agreement, spouse consent, nominee, and guarantor information) for loan processing.
  • Process loan applications and ensure timely disbursement to eligible clients as per the SEP lending policy.
  • Ensure daily attendance, movement, and business visits.
  • Admit new clients according to targets and facilitate loan disbursement to suitable borrowers.
  • Identify potential clients through field surveys.
  • Ensure timely collection of loan installments and pursue overdue payments as per set targets.
  • Execute work according to organizational regulations and circulars.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Read, understand, and promote safeguarding policies among team members and ensure their implementation in all actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in the microfinance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Teamwork orientation.
  • Action- and results-oriented with good time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Graduate or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Public Administration, Microfinance Management & Enterprise Development, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with field experience or 1–2 years of experience in the microfinance industry are encouraged to apply.
