JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

Manage outstanding accounts, follow up on overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, ensure timely debt recovery while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, letters
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and payments
• Monitor accounts and escalate delinquent accounts as needed
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports
• Work closely with the finance team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in credit collection or related role
• Strong background in credit collection or microfinance industry preferred
• Good customer service
• Call center experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Integrity, persistence, ability to work under pressure
