Counters (Counter Staff / Cashiers)

Counter staff handle transactions at the bar or service counter, ensuring accurate payments and efficient service.

• Process Payments: Handle customer transactions accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile money via the POS system.
• Issue Receipts and Change: Provide correct change and receipts to customers in a timely manner.
• Balance Cash Drawer: Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist Customers: Answer questions about the menu, prices, and promotions, and resolve any billing issues.
• Maintain Counter Cleanliness: Keep the counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked with bags, napkins, and utensils.
• Promote Upselling: Suggest add-ons, combo deals, and special promotions to increase sales.
• Coordinate with Service Staff: Communicate with waitstaff and bartenders to ensure accurate order processing.
• Monitor Queue Flow: Ensure efficient service to minimize customer waiting times.
