Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, promoting travel services, and securing long-term business partnerships. The role focuses on generating revenue from corporate clients through strategic sales, relationship building, and consistent engagement, in line with the company’s growth objectives. The Executive works closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and convert opportunities into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and secure corporate clients for ticketing, tour packages, and travel management services.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts with companies and organizations.
- Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of corporate clients through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
2. Account Management & Retention
- Serve as the key point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Build long-term partnerships by providing tailored travel solutions based on client needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of corporate travel bookings.
3. Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Monitor trends in corporate travel needs and competitor offerings to adapt and innovate service offerings.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve services.
- Identify and propose new B2B sales opportunities in untapped sectors.
4. Proposal Development & Presentation
- Develop compelling sales presentations and pitch decks tailored to potential corporate clients.
- Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the company’s travel services.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and activity logs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client acquisition, sales performance, and retention strategies.
- Track key metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and renewal success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or d in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or airline sector.
- Proven success in managing corporate accounts and exceeding sales targets. Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong negotiation, sales, and business development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of ticketing systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Corporate sales revenue and monthly/quarterly target achievement
- Number of new corporate accounts acquired
- Client retention rate and repeat business value
- Proposal-to-deal conversion rate
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Client satisfaction and service quality feedback
Lines of Communication:
- Reports to: Business Development Manager
- Works closely with: Sales, Reservations & Marketing Team, Finance Team, and other internal departments rate Sales Executive
