JOB DETAILS:

Mnada spesho auction mart (www.mnadaspesho.co.tz), a dynamic online auction startup, is seeking motivated sales agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will
focus acquiring website users to sign up with our online auction platform and participate in various auctions

Key responsibilities
1. Direct sales
– Promote the website to new and existing customers
– Actively use own initiatives to sign-up new users
-Train newly signed up customer to use the website and participate in various auctions
-Attend organized sales event activities to acquire clients
– Execute and participate in marketing campaigns to attract new website users
– Represent the company at events and trade shows

2. Brand Promotion:
– Develop and maintain a strong brand presence both online and offline.
– Represent the company at events and trade shows

3. Collaboration:
– Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
– Coordinate with external partners and agencies when necessary.
