Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the institution.
• Manage academic, administrative, and operational activities of the college.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve academic performance and institutional growth.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Promote the use of modern technology in teaching, learning, administration, and student services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership experience within the education industry, preferably at college, institute, or higher learning institution level.
