Job Description

Lake Cement Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to support construction projects within its cement manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on experience in mass concreting, project execution, quality control, and construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise concrete works, masonry, carpentry, and curing activities on-site.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and interpret civil construction drawings, quantity estimates, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure construction quality standards are maintained through inspections and testing.
  • Monitor usage, supply, and tracking of construction materials.
  • Lead and coordinate construction teams, contractors, and site workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of field experience in project construction, preferably in the cement industry.
  • Hands-on experience in mass concreting and high-rise construction projects.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of cement plant equipment construction including Crushers, VRM, Kiln, Ball Mill, and Packing Plant.
  • Experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, quantity estimation, and costing.
  • Hands-on experience with RCC rods, TMT bars, binding, and formwork.
  • Strong understanding of concrete grades, mix designs, and mass concrete applications.
  • Familiarity with admixtures, mass concreting techniques, and CAD drawings.
  • Knowledge of ISO Management Systems, HSE procedures, and ERP systems.
