About the Role
The Town Director of Bunda Town Council invites applications from qualified Tanzanian citizens to fill the vacant position of **Chairperson of the Employment Board**. The successful candidate will lead the Employment Board in driving fair, transparent, and compliant recruitment and human resource oversight for the council.
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
- Integrity: Demonstrable accountability, high ethical standards, and integrity.
- Clean Record: Must have no history or record of criminal offenses.
- Knowledge Area: Strong understanding of Law, Governance/Public Administration, or Human Resource Management.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record of serving in a recognized public or private institution within or outside Tanzania.
- Minimum Education: Must possess a minimum of Form Four education (Kidato cha Nne).
- Residency: Must be a resident of the relevant local area (Bunda).
- Documentation: Must attach all supporting certificates, credentials, and references cited in the application letter to support the candidacy.
