JOB DETAILS:
TPC Club (Planters Restaurant) is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and passionate Butcher to join our hospitality team.
Responsibilities or duties
- Break down beef and sheep carcasses into quality cuts
- Prepare and portion meat professionally
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure proper meat storage and handling
- Keep the butchery clean and organized
Qualifications or requirementsÂ
- Certificate or Diploma in Meat Processing, Food Production, or related field
- Knowledge of local & international meat cuts
- Physically fit and hardworking
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to communicate in English
