NJORECU LTD is a secondary cooperative society, registered in 6 September 2013 with registration No.5050. It operates in six districts which are Njombe, Wanging’ombe, Ludewa and Makete Njombe Town Council and Makambako Town Council.

The Union wishes to invite Tanzanian applicants with suitable qualifications and experience to fill the following available vacancies:The successful candidate will report to General Manager. He/She will be Head of Business Unit of the Union.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To identify new business opportunities and creating business forecasts;
  2. To maintain relationship with clients;
  3. To assess implications and prepare marketing and research reports;
  4. To monitor competitor activity;
  5. To develop business strategies;
  6. To allocate resources and forging partnership with key stakeholders;
  7. Prepare and manage Unio’s budget;
  8. To prepare matrixes and KPI’s for operational efficiencies;
  9. Monitor, evaluate and report on operational performance of the union;
  10. To manage operational statistics and analyze data to support decision-making;
  11. To ensure efficient recordkeeping and document management;
  12. To negotiate business contracts and manage vendor relationships; and
  13. To perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirement

  1. At least a Bachelor degree or its equivalence in Business Administration, marketing, Economics or other related field from recognized university/higher learning institution.
  2. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role from a reputable organization.
